Plex Capital Investors LLC (“Plex”) today announced that it is creating an affordable housing single-family rental (“SFR”) platform in Georgia in conjunction with a recent strategic investment of ~150 homes southwest of Atlanta. Plex is focused on acquiring SFR properties across Georgia, primarily in mid-sized cities, with a focus on renovating properties in disrepair, and transforming them into high quality, affordable housing. Plex is committed to creating significant value for investors and quality, affordable residences for tenants, and revitalizing local communities.

Founded in 2023, in its first full year of operating, Plex has built a portfolio of hundreds of homes in Georgia markets that have strong economic growth prospects, but a shortage of quality affordable housing for employees.
