Paris Hilton Raises $800,000 for LA Wildfire Relief in 72 Hours

Paris Hilton has raised an impressive $800,000 for relief efforts in Los Angeles in just 72 hours. The renowned philanthropist and socialite has been actively volunteering with the nonprofit organization Baby2Baby, which supports families in need. Her swift fundraising comes in response to the devastating wildfires that have swept through Southern California, claiming 25 lives and displacing countless others. Hilton's efforts are particularly personal, as her Malibu beach house was consumed by the flames.

Hilton's philanthropic work has been notably conducted through her non-profit, 11:11 Media Impact. This organization has facilitated the collection of funds aimed at aiding both wildlife and individuals who have been displaced by the wildfires. In addition to monetary donations, Hilton has taken a hands-on approach by fostering a dog named Zuzu, who was evacuated to the Pasadena Humane Society amid the Eaton Fire.

The funds raised will provide significant support to those affected by the wildfires. Hilton plans to allocate $150,000 of the collected sum to GoFundMe's Wildfire Relief Fund. This initiative will offer cash assistance to 150 Altadena families, allowing them to begin rebuilding their lives.

"Families know best what they need right now—whether it's clothes, shelter, or medicine. Together, we're helping families rebuild on their own terms and gain stability during this devastating time."

The personal toll of the wildfires on Hilton has been profound. She shared a poignant video on Instagram displaying the smoldering remains of her Malibu home. The property, purchased for $8.4 million in 2021, held deep sentimental value for Hilton and her family.

"This house wasn't just a place to live—it was where we dreamed, laughed, and created the most beautiful memories as a family."

Hilton expressed her shock upon learning about the wildfires and conveyed her gratitude for the safety of her husband Carter Reum and their two children. Despite losing her cherished family home, Hilton remains committed to aiding those impacted by the disaster.

"I'm standing here in what used to be our home, and the heartbreak is truly indescribable."
