The rapper recently issued an apology to U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris after posting a sexually explicit comment about her on social media. The post, which was later deleted from the platform X, sparked widespread attention and criticism. West has claimed that the Democrats forced him to take down the post while jokingly suggesting that he might be a "clone" and merely "warming up."
The incident is reminiscent of West's past controversies, notably his infamous interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV VMAs. During the event, West declared that Beyonce should have won instead of Swift, marking the beginning of a long-standing feud between the two artists.

In 2016, West released a track titled "Famous," which included provocative lyrics about having sex with Swift. This further fueled tensions between the two, although West recently reshared a post highlighting that Swift was the only person he followed on Instagram.
Beyond his interactions with Swift, West's latest comments about Kamala Harris have drawn significant backlash. In his apology to Harris, he remarked:

Despite the apology, West's initial comment about Harris was explicit and derogatory.

The contentious post was removed from X, with West asserting:
"The Democrats made me take the loser post down. Naw I'm kidding. They don't control black people no more. Trump for life" – Kanye West
West, who has been banned from X in the past for anti-Semitic content, continues to push boundaries with his statements. He insists on his right to free speech, stating that his wealth allows him to express himself freely.
In addition to his controversial remarks, West has achieved significant success in his career. He has won 24 Grammy Awards and is recognized as a billionaire. Despite these accolades, his personal life has also been under scrutiny, including his marriage to model Bianca Censori and his previous marriage to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children.
