Mitsukoshi BGC Complex: A New Era of Property Development in Manila

In a significant leap into property development, Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings has inaugurated the Mitsukoshi BGC complex in Manila, marking its first full-fledged venture in this sector. Located in the bustling Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the complex features a four-floor mall alongside towering high-rise condominiums. This development underscores Isetan Mitsukoshi's ambition to expand its footprint beyond retail, introducing a seamless blend of shopping and residential living.

The mall, central to the complex, is designed with a focus on Japanese brands, reflecting the company's roots. It aims to offer an accessible image to both local and international shoppers. Adjoining the mall are high-rise condominiums that stretch up to 54 stories, offering units ranging from one to three bedrooms. These residences are priced between 18 million pesos to over 108 million pesos, or equivalently, $310,000 to $1.9 million.

Isetan Mitsukoshi's plans for the complex are ambitious. By 2027, they aim to complete four high-rises, each named after the seasons in Japanese. These towers will not only provide luxury living spaces but also include amenities such as gardens, pools, and gyms, enhancing the lifestyle experience for residents. The integration of these facilities highlights the company's commitment to delivering quality and comfort in urban living.

The choice of Bonifacio Global City as the location for this development is strategic. BGC is one of Manila's most dynamic districts, known for its modern infrastructure and vibrant community. This location aligns with Isetan Mitsukoshi's vision of creating a sophisticated yet accessible living environment, appealing to both local residents and expatriates.
