LBS Bina Celebrates Hari Raya with Grand Campaign and Local Concert

LBS Bina ushered in Hari Raya 2024 with a lively festival of celebrations, bringing people together in a shared spirit of joy, harmony, and music. This partnership produced a transformative opportunity for the business and the neighborhood. The event featured a free concert with performances from popular local artists including Naim Daniel, Iman Troye, and Zarul Umbrella. This enchanted celebration welcomed more than 200 revelers. Their participants included other campaign winners, prospective buyers and partners from the new LBS Perks & Plusses program.

The anniversary celebration launched a new, year-and-a-half-long campaign that will carry through the end of 2024. This program was meant to support the Malaysian government’s efforts to encourage domestic tourism. LBS launched a new, highly competitive initiative to provide exclusive vouchers. You can use these vouchers at selected 5-star hotels in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang and Johor. The campaign managed to rack up a whopping RM537 million in bookings. This success underscores the overwhelming need and demand for LBS projects, particularly among first-time home buyers.

LBS highlighted 19 of its development projects throughout Malaysia during this campaigning period. Prominent creative placemaking examples joined the movement. These are KITA @ Cybersouth, D’Island Residence, Prestige Residence, Centrum Iris and Bayu Hills. LBS Campaign Director, Lim, during remarks on how important the campaign is to LBS.

The campaign promoted local heroes, the grand prize winners were awarded hotel vouchers worth up to RM250,000 cumulatively. And this created a golden moment for awardees to treat themselves to a long-deserved staycation. Lim further discussed the company’s dedication to residential customer satisfaction and engagement within the communities it serves.
