Christina Fulton has filed a lawsuit against her former spouse, actor Nicolas Cage, following an alleged assault by their son, Weston Cage, in April of last year. In the suit, Fulton claims she was "brutally assaulted" by Weston, which resulted in "severe and life-threatening injuries." The legal action accuses Nicolas Cage of negligence, citing his alleged failure to address Weston's mental health issues and purportedly enabling his behavior.
According to the lawsuit, Fulton's accusations against Cage are multifaceted. She alleges that Cage ignored concerns about Weston's mental health, despite his long-standing history of psychological disorders and violent behavior. Furthermore, the lawsuit claims Cage exacerbated the situation by consuming alcohol with Weston, fully aware of his son's past issues with substance abuse.
