MotoGP Secures Valencia GP Return with New Deal

Looking to celebrate all things motorsport? The Valencia Grand Prix is returning after last year’s cancellation due to a destructive flood. The flood, which caused more than 200 deaths across the state, forced the event’s cancellation. The Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, Spain isn’t done yet, as they have signed on for five additional MotoGP Grand Prix from 2027 through 2031. The world’s most prestigious motorcycle racing organization, FIM, announced the decision on Tuesday. This is the biggest step yet in their long-term commitment to the region.

The Valencia GP, which first took place in 1999, has served as the traditional championship decider since 2002.
