Lette has secured US$6.5 million in seed investment to grow its UK operations and prepare for expansion elsewhere in Europe. The company plans to use the funding to add UK staff in engineering, product development and customer operations, with entry into additional European markets planned for 2027.

Peak led the financing, joined by Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive and Adeline. Angel investors also participated, including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor.

Founded by Jakub Rajek and Mohan Sai, Lette develops AI software for rental housing operators in the UK and Ireland. It serves businesses managing build-to-rent properties, private rented housing, student accommodation and single-family homes.

The company says its AI agents handle tasks ranging from prospective tenants’ enquiries and leasing to maintenance, resident support, unpaid rent and compliance. The platform works with operators’ existing property management software rather than requiring them to replace it. Communication channels include an app, email, WhatsApp, SMS and voice calls, with multilingual responses available around the clock.

According to Lette, its technology is used across thousands of homes, and its customers include JLL and large financial institutions. The company says the software helps operators shorten leasing times and automate support and repair requests. Rajek, its co-founder and CPO, said the aim was to cut repetitive administration so property managers could spend more time interacting directly with residents.
