Endeavor Catalyst starts deploying US$320 million Fund V
The venture fund says Europe is its fastest-growing market, with 12 investments through its European offices in the first half of 2026.

Endeavor Catalyst has begun investing from its oversubscribed US$320 million Fund V, with Europe-linked investments including Bulgaria-founded EnduroSat and HappyRobot, whose founders are Spanish. The firm said Europe now represents its fastest-growing market.
Investment activity through Endeavor’s European offices has accelerated: Catalyst backed 12 companies selected by those offices in the first half of 2026, against 14 during 2025 and seven during 2024. Its European investments number more than 90 across 10 markets, and 20 companies in that portfolio have valuations of at least US$1 billion.
During 2025 and the first half of 2026, European portfolio companies raised US$3.3 billion through funding rounds in which Catalyst participated. That exceeded the amount raised by portfolio companies in every other region where it invests, including Latin America. Its European holdings also include Bending Spoons, ElevenLabs, Preply, ICEYE and Fever.
The firm expects to invest a further US$25 million to US$30 million during the rest of 2026. It said its Fund V pipeline includes substantial activity in Europe and Latin America, alongside increasing opportunities in Southeast Asia. Areas of activity include deep tech, foundational AI and cloud infrastructure.
As Endeavor’s venture capital fund, Catalyst backs only businesses run by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, investing alongside venture capital and growth equity firms. It manages more than US$850 million in assets and has invested in 437 companies spanning 44 markets.
