Latvian proptech Unitoq raises €155,000 in pre-seed funding
The startup expects to launch its residential property investment platform in early 2027, subject to regulatory approval.

Unitoq, a Latvian property technology startup, has secured €155,000 from business angels to support licensing, launch its platform and introduce its first investment properties. The investors include members of the Latvian Business Angel Network (LatBAN).
Established in 2026 by Eduards Raudonis and Nikita Manija, the company is building a service through which individuals could invest as little as €100 in residential property. Unitoq says users would choose specific properties, with potential returns coming from rent and increases in property values.
The company is seeking a Bank of Latvia licence under the EU's European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) Regulation. Approval would enable it to serve investors throughout the EU. Unitoq says its waitlist already exceeds 1,000 people.
Under the planned model, properties would undergo vetting before being offered to investors, while experienced operators would manage tenants and maintenance. Users would be able to track their investments through the platform. Unitoq is also preparing for a subsequent seed funding round.
