Revolut has completed a sale of existing shares that values the fintech company at US$115 billion, it said. The valuation has more than doubled in around two years, making Revolut Europe’s most valuable privately held technology company.

The transaction was led by Coatue, Baillie Gifford, Glade Brook Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price and Durable Capital Partners. Revolut said both new global investors and established partners participated. It did not disclose the size of the sale.

Existing employees and investors sold shares at approximately US$2,017 apiece. Sources said the transaction did not inject new funds into Revolut. Earlier secondary transactions valued the company at US$75 billion, following a US$45 billion valuation in 2024.

Revolut has more than 80 million retail customers worldwide and has obtained banking licences in the UK and Europe. Chief executive and founder Nik Storonsky said employee ownership was central to its culture and identified 100 million customers as the company’s next milestone.
