Web traffic management platform Blackwall said it has secured US$100 million in Series C funding, valuing the company at US$2.2 billion. Existing backers Tera Ventures, Dawn Capital and MMC Ventures joined the round led by AVP.

Blackwall plans to use the money to establish or expand operations in 12 strategic regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Co-founder and chief executive Nikita Rozenberg said the investment would support international expansion and further development of its platform.

The company works with hosting, cloud and managed service providers, installing its technology within their infrastructure. Its tools cover bot mitigation, DDoS protection, web application firewalls, load balancing, server-side encryption and the management of traffic generated by AI agents. Blackwall says its platform filters billions of requests daily, distinguishing legitimate visitors and automated activity from malicious traffic.

The funding supports Blackwall's ambition to connect providers and technology through a global traffic-management ecosystem. The company placed fifth in TopTech 2026, a ranking covering Estonia's 30 most valuable technology companies.
