Daytona raises US$60 million at US$1 billion valuation
The AI infrastructure company plans to expand its computing capacity and recruit in Croatia, San Francisco and Singapore.

Daytona has secured US$60 million in Series B financing, with FirstMark leading the round, valuing the AI agent infrastructure company at US$1 billion. Its cumulative funding now stands at US$91 million.
The company plans to use the money to add computing capacity, develop its agent cloud platform beyond the original sandbox product and expand its international workforce. Recruitment is planned in Croatia, San Francisco and Singapore.
Daytona’s platform gives AI agents isolated environments in which to run code and work with software tools. The company says developers and businesses can use it for model training and evaluation, alongside deploying and managing agents. It supports Linux, Windows and macOS, and allows agents to stop and restart tasks without losing progress.
Participants in the round included Stripe’s Patrick Collison, Quora’s Adam D’Angelo and Shopify’s Tobi Lütke, alongside Okta Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures and Samsung Next. Among existing backers, Pace Capital doubled its investment, while Upfront Ventures tripled its commitment and E2VC quadrupled its own.
Daytona supplies infrastructure to customers including Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, Cursor and Cognition. The company reported that its revenue run rate increased 25-fold from January to September, alongside greater adoption for AI training and evaluation.
