Czech start-up FLÆ Robotics has secured seed investment exceeding €1 million from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels. The company plans to put the money towards developing its BE-A hospitality platform, hiring staff and expanding internationally.

Founded by Filip Linek, the company develops an AI agent for hotels that handles guest enquiries, bookings and front-office work. BE-A is available around the clock through phone calls, WhatsApp, web chat and email. Connections to hotel management systems allow it to check availability, manage bookings and route requests to relevant teams.

More than 60 hotels use the platform in Germany, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. FLÆ Robotics said BE-A handled approximately 265,000 messages and voice interactions during July and August 2026, spanning nearly 160,000 conversations. It averaged more than 4,000 interactions daily and completed over 3,400 bookings without staff involvement during that period.

Linek, the company's founder and CEO, said the aim was for BE-A to perform actions inside hotel systems rather than simply answer questions, leaving staff more time for situations requiring their judgement. FLÆ Robotics is developing additional capabilities and closer system integrations. Its expansion plans include a stronger presence in Germany, entry into Austria, further growth following its recent UK launch and preparations to enter the US hotel market.
