Pigment raises US$250 million in round led by Scaleup Europe Fund
The Paris-based enterprise software start-up plans to accelerate research and development and expand its engineering team.

Pigment said it has secured US$250 million in Series E funding at a valuation of US$2.3 billion. The round was led by the Scaleup Europe Fund, the EU’s new €5 billion investment fund managed by EQT.
World Innovation Labs, a venture capital fund headquartered in Palo Alto and Tokyo, also invested. Returning backers included Greenoaks, Iconiq, IVP and Meritech. Nvidia participated too, with its investment having been announced previously.
The French start-up’s platform supports corporate financial planning, operations and forecasting, incorporating artificial intelligence. Its customers include Siemens, Unilever, Anthropic and ElevenLabs, while competitors include Microsoft Excel, SAP, IBM and Anaplan.
Pigment said the money would help it accelerate research and development and add to its engineering team. Co-founders Eléonore Crespo and Romain Niccoli said the company aims to enable autonomous planning, with AI agents handling workflows and turning decisions into action.
The financing follows a US$145 million Series D round led by Iconiq in 2024. The Scaleup Europe Fund aims to increase investment in European technology companies; its other investments include Mistral and Iceye.
