Seaya raises €600 million at first close for new European growth fund
Seaya Nova will invest €20 million to €50 million per company in Series B to D rounds, with backing from the European Investment Fund.

Investment firm Seaya has launched a growth investment fund, Seaya Nova, with €600 million raised at its first close. The firm said it gathered the capital over six months and will target European technology businesses.
The fund plans to lead or co-lead Series B to D financing rounds, investing between €20 million and €50 million in each company. Seaya said it would seek businesses with established models, durable economics and ambitions to expand globally.
Investors include the European Investment Fund through the European Tech Champions Initiative, an EIB Group programme intended to address the funding gap for European growth-stage technology companies. Other backing comes from institutional investors, companies and family offices.
Beatriz González, Seaya’s founder and managing partner, will lead the fund alongside Vinoth Jayakumar, who joins as managing partner of Seaya Nova. Jayakumar has spent more than a decade investing in European growth companies, including Revolut, Wise, Thought Machine and ICEYE.
His arrival coincides with Seaya opening a London office alongside its Madrid headquarters. The new fund adds growth investing to the firm’s two other strategies: early-stage investment through Seaya Ventures and impact investment through Seaya Andromeda.
