Körber to acquire stake in German fleet software company NAiSE
The companies intend to connect their warehouse technologies more closely and develop logistics applications, including humanoid robotics.

Körber is buying a stake in NAiSE, a German software company whose technology coordinates vehicles supplied by different manufacturers. The investment expands an existing relationship into a strategic partnership aimed at customers operating mixed fleets in warehouses and production facilities worldwide.
Established in 2017, NAiSE has financed itself until now. Its fleet-management platform coordinates autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles and manually driven industrial trucks. An integration layer links equipment and systems regardless of the warehouse software a customer uses.
The partners intend to strengthen the links between Körber’s warehouse solutions and NAiSE’s technology. They will also work on new applications for logistics within facilities, including humanoid robotics. NAiSE will continue developing its production-logistics platform and make its robot and vehicle partner network available to customers of the partnership and new customers.
NAiSE co-founder and chief executive Kai Przybysz-Herz said Körber would help the company expand internationally while respecting its independence. He said NAiSE would remain open to other vehicle manufacturers and system integrators. Existing and new partner relationships will continue, with founders Przybysz-Herz, Robert Libert and Raphael Kusumoto staying in charge of operations.
