Reebuild raises €3 million to expand construction automation software
Fortino Ventures led the seed round, which will support expansion into more European countries and growth of the Vienna-based team.

Construction technology start-up reebuild has secured €3 million in seed investment for its AI-based administrative and financial software. Fortino Ventures led the financing, alongside investors Rise PropTech and Curiosity VC.
The Vienna-based company plans to enter further European countries beyond Austria and Germany, its existing markets. It also intends to recruit for its Vienna team and develop additional AI-native modules.
Reebuild's software is designed for construction businesses and property developers, covering invoices, costs and materials. The company says it converts documents into structured data, links related records and calculates invoice corrections. AI agents suggest subsequent steps and prepare tasks, but employees retain responsibility for approvals.
According to reebuild, invoice processing can take around three minutes with its technology, compared with more than 20 minutes previously. It says approval cycles can fall to approximately one and a half days from five days. Feedback from customers suggests potential savings on procurement of up to 20 per cent.
The company serves more than 120 businesses across over 8,200 building sites and projects, with invoices exceeding €530 million processed through its platform. Modules under development would extend automation to project estimation, documentation on site and accounting.
