Supa raises £21 million to expand AI property management platform
The UK proptech company combines acquisitions of local block managers with technology intended to automate their administrative work.

UK proptech company Supa has secured £21 million in seed financing to develop its AI-powered platform for managing residential blocks. The package comprises equity funding led jointly by 2150 and OpenOcean, plus a debt facility provided by an unnamed major UK lender. KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT also participated in the equity round.
Supa's approach is to buy established local management businesses, preserve their identities and introduce its technology into their operations. Its platform handles administrative tasks including repair scheduling, service-charge reconciliation, safety compliance record-keeping and contractor coordination. The company says the technology can cut managers' administrative workload by up to 90 per cent, leaving more time for maintenance and contact with residents.
Following its initial two acquisitions in late 2025, Supa has reported revenue growth exceeding 700 per cent. It now oversees about 20,000 homes across seven local management businesses. These include Sussex-based Hunters, Hertfordshire's FW Block Management and Lamberts in London.
Co-founder and chief executive Calum Brannan said residents faced higher service charges without matching gains in service quality, while outdated systems and expanding portfolios hampered responsiveness. Supa plans further acquisitions alongside continued development of its AI platform.
