Vessla, an AI start-up based in Stockholm, has raised US$3.3 million in pre-seed financing and emerged from stealth. Seedcamp led the round, which was more than twice oversubscribed.

The investors also included Tiny VC and Inception Fund, alongside operators from OpenAI and Lovable. Lukas Saari, a founder of Tandem Health, and Fredrik Hjelm, a founder of Voi and Pit, participated, as did several angel investors.

The company is developing a platform to automate tasks across software used to manage residential and commercial properties. Vessla says it already works with some of the largest property owners and operators in the Nordics.

Its approach is to connect existing systems through a shared AI layer rather than replace them. According to Vessla, its agents can find information, follow an organisation’s operating rules and carry out tasks across connected applications. Employees would retain oversight where decisions need human judgement or approval.

Chief technology officer Kasper Janehag said such deployments require deep integrations, relevant information and rigorous evaluation, as well as clear boundaries for agents’ operational responsibilities. Vessla plans further development of its agentic operating system, with a longer-term ambition to link leasing, building operations and investment planning throughout property portfolios.
